Automation System for a Mobile Operator

Customer
Customer is one of the largest software development and service companies in the Baltic region and part of largest IT services provider in the Nordic. Clients of the customer are leading enterprises and public sector entities in the region. Company is based in Riga, the capital of Latvia and has subsidiary in Estonia.

Challenge
OnCleverSoft team was involved in developing of the automation system for the new European mobile operator.

Solution
OnCleverSoft developed the core business logic of the automation system, integrated it with a number of external systems (billing system, number storage, etc.), and performed extensive testing to ensure the smooth system usage.

The following tasks were executed by OnCleverSoft specialists:

• Mobile Number Portability support
• Secure Algorithms for PIN-codes and serial codes generation
• Performance optimization of the core components
• Web UI (administration, customer service, etc.) extending
• Database functionality extending
• Windows Services / Web Services developing

Results
First version of the telecommunication operator system was started in production. The operator is now working in one European country.
