Getting started with us is very easy. Our processes and vast experience of work with end customers would ensure smooth riskless and fast start of the project. Three simple steps Submit – Discuss – Finalize will help formalize your idea and lead from project conception to its commencement.

Submit

Whether you submit your RFQ, specification, informal list of requirement, short brief or couple of words about your idea it makes no matter to our professional Analysts. Non-Disclosure Agreement can be signed to assure security of your information. This is the only step that you need to initiate and the rest could be left to use. Communicate your needs to us!

Discuss

Perfect project documentation does not exist as there are always points that could be treated ambiguously. We know where to spot controversy and by means of frequent and efficient communication (Skype, E-mail, Phone or even in person) we clarify the requirements and reduce the risk for implementation phase. This stage is about sharing ideas and suggestions, clarification with a necessary number of iterations to complete that would lead to formalization of your needs.

Finalize

Depending on the model of cooperation our development team either estimates the efforts to complete the project in case of Fixed Price or we select the optimal candidates for your project if you chose to follow Dedicated Team model (accompanied by interviews from your side). Signing of the contract follows in order to legally bind our obligations and your project is on its way!
