Computer-vision experience

OnCleverSoft has extensive experience in developing computer vision solutions. Two main areas are Object Detection and Object Recognition, however in some instances we build mixed solutions are aplicable.

Object Tracking

Tracking of movement of different objects in sequence of frames:

• People Tracking. Distributed people tracking systems are used to control the traffic of customers in the stores. Gathering such information facilitates the improvement of store planning and increase productivity of staff and sales.
• Vehicle Tracking. Video based car traffic flow analysis allows gathering the information regarding car count, vehicle types, velocity etc.
• Hand Tracking. Tracking of customers’ hand movements provides possibility in collecting merchandising information concerning customers’ interaction with shelves and products. This helps finding the most popular shelves and products with further analysis whether products are situated properly.

Object Recognition

Recognition of objects in video sequence. The main application is Face Recognition Solution which is the informational system for solving person identification problem. The system possesses following characteristics:

• Multiple input sources, real time video capturing.
• Ability to capture multiple faces from non-prepared image sequence.
• Optimization for using of sequences of face images (quality improvement).
• Advanced image normalization algorithms.
• Face feature extraction

Mixed Solutions

In some cases both object tracking and recognition combined in the same solution, e.g. in vehicle tracking we used object tracking to determine positions and speed of cars and object reception to determine car type.
